Hotel Sole Splendid

Had an amazing time at this Hotel! When we walked in we were greeted with amazing smiles and great energy. Gianluka, Ida, Federika and Simona were amazing. Clean beds, clean rooms, powerful shower pressure, ocean front, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The breakfast is good and the wait staff in the morning are very kind. I recommend this hotel everyone.

Location and aspect are great. Staff are lovely, breakfast is excellent. The rooms are pleasant with great views. Our only frustration is the guy who parked our brand new hire car, dented the side, even after insisting that he park it. We hesitantly allowed him to park the van and to our disappointment and cost, he damaged the vehicle. Our advice - don’t let them park your car.

We stayed for three nights at Hotel Sole Splendid in one of the newly renovated rooms with a sea view. The air conditioning worked well, and the room was clean. The hotel’s location is great—just a few steps from the beach and close to the SITA bus stop. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of fresh, local vegetables served daily. The staff were friendly and eager to assist with anything we needed. There were a few drawbacks: When booking, it seemed like the hotel had its own private beach, similar to other nearby hotels. In reality, they offer a discount at a partner beach per person, and reservations are required a day in advance. While the rooms have been renovated, the exterior of the hotel feels quite old. Our room had a large wooden window that didn’t close properly, which was inconvenient. For a 4-star hotel, I was surprised they didn’t provide a standard amenities kit (like makeup removal pads or cotton swabs).
