I had a great experience here, and the staff was very friendly. However, during breakfast, there was a small issue: my friend can't eat pork, and they unknowingly added it to the scrambled eggs. Thankfully, the chef quickly made a new batch for us, and we appreciated the prompt service. Overall, the staff handled the situation well, and I’d definitely return for the excellent service.

We had an amazing experience at hotel soleil halong! We checked in on the eve of my partner’s birthday and I had requested to make it special for him. They organized a well-planned birthday-themed dinner that exceeded my expectations. The decorations (both in room and at the dining area) were perfect, and the bouquet they provided upon request was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was friendly, efficient, and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel is budget-friendly but doesn’t compromise on quality. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a stunning view, making the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and value-for-money experience!

Staying here for 2 nights. Free upgraded to junior suites. But I would rather have the normal deluxe room. Complaints and feedback: - The shower head are very far away inside the other end of the bath tub. For younger people might not see it as a problem. For older people, it can’t be shower comfortable without some compromises on the standing position. - Due the the position of the shower head, the area around the bathtub will be wet all around and drip onto the floor, which lead to safety issue. - The door on the toilet bowl area can’t be fully closed, which allowing bacteria to reach the bed room??? -Everything is charged! Including laundry bag, it’s so called “5-STARS” hotel. And yet gonna charge for small things like this. The only good thing about this hotel were the location, and the receptionist still listen to me patiently when I make my complain. I will not be this harsh if they didn’t call it a 5 STARS hotel. Overall I did not enjoy this hotel, except for it location. Which is easily replaceable with any other hotel.
