Hotel Solemare Beach & Beauty SPA

Very good Hotel, lovely staff. We where there as a 10 person group, 3 families. Attentive staff and very good location. Will recommend in the future for family and friends. P.s. Ischia is a hidden gem, welcoming locals and an authentic Italian atmosphere.

Rented the penthouse apartment Sept2023. Not as described on Booking.com. overpriced for the poor quality. No iron, teatowel, hair-dryer. Very slippery tiles when wet. Master bedroom blinds broken . Even down blinds don't block the lighthouse. Water pressure miserably. Tap broken. hot water in shower runs out in 2 minutes! Dated. Tired. Run down. Thermal pool green mould on tiles , very unsanitary.. 3 stars given only because the view from terrace spectacular, bed linen good ( tho pillows were hard)the staff were kind and helpful and breakfast good.

All the 5 star reviews must be fake. This hotel is so gross and not worth the cost. It hasn’t been updated in probably 35 years and is a shitty motel tier accommodation. Not to mention the staff gave another guest our room key and a man walked in on my wife showering thinking that this was his room. Stay somewhere else and save yourself the headache.
