Very average service, the long weekend of August 18th made it impossible to stay at that hotel, a large number of people were totally intoxicated, on Saturday night it was impossible to rest, the kitchen worked all night, on Sunday afternoon it was not possible to stay at the hotel, it was overflowing at its capacity but not in accommodation, there were people on the first floor all with beers, exaggerated disorder, although it is true they could have had another activity, they should consider that there were guests and children relaxing, which was totally impossible
We arrived and they left us waiting for several minutes to serve us, after that, they reluctantly served us and assigned us a room. We realized that it did not have a lock and we asked for a change. In the new room they assigned us there was a lot of noise, voices, sounds of cars and motorcycles. When we asked for a solution they told us that they had nothing else to offer when the hotel was almost empty, for this reason we decided to leave. We didn't even spend 2 hours on site, however they told us that they couldn't give us any refund. I don't I recommend and I won't return to the place either; Of all the accommodations where I have stayed in Melgar, this has been the worst experience.
The pool water was extremely cloudy, the bed was noisy 🤣not terrible
