Receptionist lady top professional Restaurant staff amazing Room was mesmerising And the hotel is just Top of the Top White Lotus without crime 😸
I am sincerely grateful to the entire team at this resort. Telling others about this amazing experience was the very least I could do to support this organization. I would describe our experience here in one word: Wow! From the first to the fourth day, we received royal treatment. From check-in to check-out, every interaction we had with staff members seemed like a conversation with our closest family members. We were delight and felt so loved, respected, cared for, and welcome when they catered and gave us assistance and recommendations. We experienced enormous fulfillment and happiness every day of our vacation. Everyone has access to all three of the resort's locations, which are separated into distinct areas. Each of them has a distinct advantage, and they are all within walking distance of one another. The primary resort situated atop the hill offers stunning views. There isn't a resort in Pipa with the same views. It offers breathtaking views of the ocean and forest from all angles. There are two primary pools, one of which is heated. In this part, the majority of the rooms face the ocean. Keep in mind that this section of the resort is hilly; even though you can ride a golf cart up and down, some elderly guests may find it difficult. Although the views in the other two portions are not as spectacular because to their lower elevation, they do include larger rooms that can hold bigger parties. A few of them have four or three suites. There are seven interconnected pools in the Forest location. Including showers, waterfall, and a wet bar. From the resort, you can walk to the major dining options and bars in within ten minutes and the strip in five minutes. Cars and motorcycles share the road, but because so many people are strolling around, the motor vehicles often travel slower. Along the route, there are many stores, marketplaces, restaurants, bars, and churches. This place is quite popular with tourists, and security is very important to them. We strolled through various parts of the day and night and always felt secured. We encountered so many foreigners that I was astounded. Lastly, I wanted to make sure that everyone on the team knew how much they contributed to our incredible trip, even though I'm sure I'll forget a few. Among the names I can recall are Bruna, Jose, Fabio, Baiano, Reinaldo, Betania, Cookie (Bolacha!!), Sylmara, Katarina and everyone else in this incredible resort our sincere gratitude to such an amazing time! God Bless!
It’s OK, but a bit rundown, so every area (and specially rooms) could use a serious renovation and lots of maintenance. Also, a bit far from the Main Street where all the newer/trendier restaurants and bars are. It’s a good 15min walk, which is not terrible, but if you wanna go out for lunch/dinners on a regular basis or go out for daily walks, it’s a bit of a hassle, specially if it rains (which is very common in this area). And even if you have a car, this is such a small town with such a small Main Street full of pedestrians everywhere, that’s pretty hectic to drive around or park, so no one really takes their car anywhere here, it’s mostly walking. The only thing you have close to this hotel is the beach “Praia do Amor” which is very big and nice, but bear in mind that you have to go down the cliff to get to the beach and then back up the cliff to go back to the hotel, which again, is not super terrible but something to keep in mind (& definitely not wheelchair accessible). The restaurant/food quality in the Hotel is not the best. I would only recommend ordering drinks or have some pool snacks, something easy like a sandwich. But if you order more elaborate dishes, there’s no way this quality and taste can be compared to a good restaurant out in town. Our room was nice but had no small windows we could open, just a big slide door to the outside deck (with no mosquito net, so we had to keep it close the whole time to avoid mosquitos entering) and since this is a very humid area, our room had a very strong humid smell and the floor was always a bit wet, our bathroom also had no windows so impossible to keep fresh and dry, everything was humid and wet inside. All the furniture was very old and rundown in the room, so the general feeling of being there wasn’t too nice. The only good thing of this place was the pool area, they have 2 very big spacious pool areas and a nice small hot tub area next to one of the pools, if you’re lucky and there’s no one there, it’s super nice and feels very private, and you can get drinks sent to the pool and hot tub which is super nice! The problem though is of course getting to the pool area from your room, it’s VERY STEEP, no joke, it’s a challenge to go up and down every time. All rooms are all the way down and basically it feels like you have to climb a hill to get up where the pools are. Also, you can use the facilities of the other hotel nearby which is the “Hotel Spa Floresta” BUT honestly not even worth it! We went there thinking we could use the gym, and we literally couldn’t use it, since every machine was SUPER OLD, there were 2 treadmills and one was taken and the other one didn’t work, the rest of the weights were all rusted and there was no yoga mats or any protection on the floor, so any exercise had to be done in the wooden floor which wasn’t comfortable. There was also no water fountain and you can only request 1 big towel for the pool, but they don’t have any smaller towels to use at the gym. So, we left without using the gym, and thought we could at least use the pool area, but the pools there aren’t even as good as the main hotel, so we just left without using anything in this location. Overall I think back in the day this Hotel must have been amazing! But right now it’s in urgent need of a renovation and better quality food, furniture and facilities. We had an OK time here, but I wouldn’t stay here again if we come back to Pipa.
