Unbeatable place to stay. Excellent amenities, courteous and helpful staff. Everything is very reasonably priced. Great breakfast. The best part was the massages my wife and I got from Fernanda. Relax and see muscle tensions melt away. Fernanda is truly talented, knowledgeable, experienced and personable. We have not had a better massage anywhere, ever. A tip: set up an appointment for your first massage as early in your stay as possible. You will for sure want to fit in more massages before you leave.
We had a lovely stay. Breakfast was nice . Room had a fantastic view however the shower wasn't great, it would need a little TLC. Staff were very kind. The hotel is extremely central and was practical to go everywhere by uber.
The truth is that the hotel industry in Fortaleza is disappearing. This is supposed to be one of the best hotels here and the bed doesn't even have proper covers to sleep in the evening. It's just a very think sheet. I was born here and I'm shocked at the quality of the hotels, including this one. Breakfast is average at best. The only think good here is that the parking is free if you have a car. Next time, I'm definetely staying in a AirBnB or something because I've tried others and even Sonata is not worth the money. The location is excellent though
