Beautiful hotel, specially the villa rooms. Not the best service by the pool, they forgot our order even though there were only a couple of people by the pool, waiters were too busy talking to each other to even notice us.
What an amazing place to stay.. If you can speak a bit of Spanish it would be very helpful. No menus or signs in English. If the hotel can provide an English version of everything would be amazing. The Spa / massage is in English.
The hotel has potential but they lack actual service and hospitality. Staff are absolutely uninterested in interacting with guests. There usually no one around to help and core services are just bad. Hot water in rooms is a huge issue and they do not have drinking water in the room , no kettle, no glasses. The hotel does have potential to be great, they just need management to care more about the actual guest experience. Will definitely never recommend it here
