great location, lovely hotel with friendly owners and workers. a bathroom under a pitched roof is a bad idea. you can't stand up to your full height.
This wonderful hotel, sitting at the foot of the Stubai Alps, is located in the serene and beautiful Ridnaun-Ridanna Valley of northern Italy. We stayed in August 2014, and it was a special experience we won't forget.
As an italian going there, I felt really bad beacuse people who worked there barely knew the language. We had a lot of misunderstandings. The food for me, was terrible, they should consider some "italian options" like a simple pasta or pizza, nothing too much. The service was also bad… my dad gave me a gift card for a massage but when I got at the reception to ask for it, there were no spaces left.
