What a wonderful establishment! I felt right at home as I was welcomed by the most friendliest staff. The rooms are fabulous, the breakfast and dinner was delicious and the location could not be more ideal! The services and professionalism here is unmatched, I look forward to coming back again! Highly recommended, this family-ran business makes for a very special stay. The owners are very present and caring, and the hotel runs like clockwork. Everything from the food through cleanliness and facilities leaves one wishing for nothing more from a skiing holiday. We have friends with children who are staying here. Second year we’ve all been there and that they have been paying guests. We go there, order drinks, to join our friends. Our kids would like to play with their friends in the pool and they are not allowed. Whatever the “policy” we can’t recommend this resort. They are patently unfriendly even towards guests of guests. The only thing I can say that’s friendly about this place is Harry who makes a good (if stingy due to policy) Negroni. Avoid it if you have any desire for Gastfreundschaft
