Hotel Sorrento

Walking in, the hotel staff immediately made the hotel very comfortable and welcoming. It’s nice to stay in a hotel rich in history. The bed was very comfortable. Walkable to downtown. Nice bright bathrooms. Comfortable with air conditioning. Amazing scent throughout. Enjoyed the friendly helpful staff, Chloe was great! We would 100% stay again.

I cannot say enough about the exceptional service Nicole provided from start to finish while helping me plan my wedding rehearsal dinner and coordinating our stay at Hotel Sorrento. From the moment we connected, she was warm, professional, and completely dedicated to making every detail perfect. Nicole went above and beyond—responding quickly to every question, offering thoughtful suggestions, and doing whatever it took to create the most unforgettable experience for me and my entire crew. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and her commitment to customer service is truly impeccable. Thanks to Nicole, what could have been a stressful process turned into something seamless, exciting, and honestly fun. She made us feel genuinely cared for, and her efforts helped set the tone for an unforgettable wedding weekend. Lovely historic hotel.Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. There is no central air conditioning but portable units are provided if wanted. Staff is courteous and helpful. It is conveniently located. We have not been able to use the restaurant or bar due to visiting with family and it has not been convenient. However, the areas are beautiful and the menu items look amazing. Hopefully next time we can enjoy these amenities as well. This has become our hotel of choice when visiting this area. I highly recommend
