From the moment we arrived, the staff's exceptional hospitality shone through. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist made our stay truly comfortable. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, a testament to their dedication to maintaining high standards. We were particularly impressed by the speed of service – everything was handled efficiently and promptly. The hotel's location directly across from Sapporo Factory was incredibly convenient, offering easy access to shopping and dining. Breakfast was also a highlight, providing a delicious and satisfying start to each day. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel; our stay was truly delightful, and we're already looking forward to our next visit!

Wonderful hotel with spacious, stylish rooms at affordable prices. Modern art pieces dotted the complex. The staff members were welcoming and you can feel the hospitality (It was the only hotel that served a welcoming drink during our whole Hokkaido trip). The location is a bit off from Sapporo JR Station (15-minute walk), so driving would be a better option.

This hotel looks better in reality compared with its pictures. It is beautifully fitted out with luxurious fittings and luxe furnishings. The rooms are so spacious and the beds firm.the service is outstanding. All staff were attentive and helpful and friendly. The international cast is multilingual and English is widely spoken and fluent.
