Exceptional hotel with modern and comfortable rooms, excellent bathroom, superior breakfast and most importantly, a truly superb restaurant! Assembled from old buildings into a hidden modern hotel, somewhat hard to describe.
A gem of a place in the beautiful area of Jerte. The restaurant hotel was special. Really excellent local food and very creative. The rooms were tastefully styled and comfortable. Room 107 is above the kitchen so if you are noise averse ask for a room on the back of the hotel.
Fantastic cuisine, nice terrace. Totally recommended
