Hotel & Spa Bellavista Francischiello

If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Bus times, dinner reservations, recommendations, Ice, truly have never met a nicer staff. The views (we were in a junior suite) was perfect in every way, the terrace outside in the morning with coffee, and watching the sunset at night was truly magical. Highly recommend staying here, close enough to the center of town, yet quiet when you need it. We will be back. Thank you so much for the perfect vacation ❤️

Excellent property! Our room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed. Fourth floor offers great view, pool and refreshing drinks. Staff was very enthusiastic.

My husband booked this hotel for my birthday while we were visiting the south end of Italy. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice with a balcony so you had great views of Capri. The hotel had a restaurant where they served breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The breakfast was very poor. When we are on holiday we like to have a lie in so tended to go to the restaurant for 9.40-9.45 but when we got there, hardly anything was replenished. The coffee was not the greatest either. The lunch and dinner has the same menu, and the menu is quite limited, so you could explore the whole menu if you ate at the restaurant all the time. I would suggest they mix it up a little to give the guests new options. The food was nice, what they did serve, especially the fish. The hotel also has a spa and indoor pool. The problem is they restrict children to use the indoor pool and the outdoor one was way too cold to get into. The staff were helpful and said we could book an hour slot to use the indoor pool, which is what we did, but it meant we could only use it for an hour. The rooftop bar is lovely too with great views and the staff there were great they were so friendly. The best thing about this hotel is the bus stop being right outside so you can get into town in 20 mins. Taxis are really expensive in Sorrent, and they do not have Uber as such, so the only option is the bus, giving us an advantage that it took us outside the hotel. The WiFi wasn't the greatest as we weren't able to connect properly. However, we are on the coast, so understand that it may not be great. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay here again.
