Nice hotel to sleep, good rooms and parking in front of the door. Nice place to stop before hiking as well. Breakfast was ok. Nice view from the rooms as well.
One of the best hotel experiences we had for a ski weekend. The staff is lovely, the dinner menu delicious and the facilities, including the spa, are excellent. By car to the slopes is 10 minutes (with plenty of parking), and there is also a shuttle bus.
It's a great hotel located in El Serrat. The rooms are good with spacious bathrooms. There is no air conditioning in the room but they have heaters for winters. The rooms may get a little hot at night in summer or pre-winter months even when it's cold outside. The staff is amazing and always ready to help. The restaurant has very limited vegetarian or vegan options. Vegetarians are also served the same food as vegans, comprising just largely sliced veggies and fruits. The desert options are great though!
