Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Very near the riobamba mall. Just 7 mins walking distance. Spa available on premises with a variety of services. Highly recommend
This is a 3 1/2 hotel. We booked it because we thought we could have some time at the spa but there wasn’t any! Felt sort of scammed about it. It gets a bit noisy early in the morning because it’s right by a busy street. Breakfast is all right. Lot of parking
The lobby and the restaurant looks so beautiful when u enter the hotel. But after that it's only getting worse. We have mold in the tiny little bathroom, the room is dark and narrow. The blankets on the bed are not at all hygienic. We are looking forward to leaving this cold place.
