I recently stayed at the Dr Irena Eris Spa Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. The restaurant exceeded expectations, serving gourmet dishes with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. What stood out most was the attention to detail and exceptional service at every level—from the reception to the therapists. It’s clear that guest comfort is the top priority. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a wellness retreat, or simply a break from daily stress, I highly recommend this hotel. I left feeling refreshed, recharged, and already planning my return visit.

Absolutely amazing !!! Recently we have had a pleasure of staying in one of Siedlisko in Dr Irena Eris resort. We literally had a perfect family holidays! Apart of being lucky with the weather …..,location ,service and cleanliness of the place was totally TOP Staff in the hotel is friendly and extremely professional ,food in the restaurant was fantastic !Our favourite evening was barbeque served in the restaurant on the terrace accompanied by the life music ! We had an opportunity to use the spa which is also great!The fact that it has an outdoor space makes you feel more connected to the nature !The only thing I believe could improve our spa experience would be an option of having a drink on the SPA terrace-even if it was served in a paper cup-on a hot day you need something cooler than a cup of tea ;) Thank you so much to all the staff for making our time so special We will definitely return to this beautiful place ;)

Restaurant isn't good for vegans or people having allergies even though has dedicated veg menu for dinner. Service had trouble answering simple questions about ingredients nor could say, if a dish is vegan unless it's from a veg menu. Embarrassingly we discovered we got served spreads from a discount shop for breakfast after discussing in detail with the staff what they could prepare for us. No bio eggs contrary to claims. Terrible pedicure, which they admitted to be done by a person that normally doesn't do it. Wasted 2h, but refunded. We didn't trust them to do any more treatment... At least the rooms are clean and well maintained. The dishes from the veg menu are also okay, but the choice is limited, especially desserts (just 2). We got a partial refund for the whole stay and our last breakfast was finally all right. We never wish to come back or go to any other hotel of this chain.
