Stayed 2 nights with a voucher including 1.5 hour spa and dinner per day. The dinner was divine and to my surprise quite big portions. The breakfast buffet was incredible with a huge variety. The spa was nice, the jacuzzi tub was not really hot neither was the sauna. Staff was very professional and friendly. Everything was very clean and in good condition. Amazing deal with the voucher for sure
An excellent hotel with reasonable rates close to the beaches. We did not use the spa facilities. Each room has a terrace with a nice view. Our only complaint is that the room was very hot and the AC did not work. To sleep we had to leave the terrace door open a bit for some cool air. Also, there was no iron to press the clothes. In the US, every hotel has an iron. Is this usual for Spain? I believe that people would appreciate having an iron so as not to wear wrinkled clothes from the luggage. Nevertheless, we would stay there again.
A very nice hotel, nice location, a big and beautiful spa. But don’t expect more than the minimum service. No drinks or smoothies in the afternoon because the staff has to eat. No drinks or smoothies in the evening because it is too much work to prepare and that can’t be done during dinner service time. That’s a pity because otherwise that would be a location where we would probably think about coming for a second visit 😞
