What a nice surprise! Excellent staff - super courteous and helpful. Immaculate clean, tidy room. Neat, clean SPA at very reasonable prices. Located just a few steps from the local aqua park Termy Uniejów. It's a simple, homely and welcoming place for a quiet SPA weekend for two. Opened in December 2017. Best choice in Uniejów for SPA and visiting Termy Uniejów Pluses: - Breakfast till 11:00 am - Right by Termy Uniejów (best location in Uniejów if you wish to visit the aquapark) - Air-conditioned rooms - Tea/coffee station with an electric kettle in the room - Efficient blackout - Bathrobes in the rooms - Small rope park right by the hotel - WIFI in the rooms (not crazy fast but working) Minuses: - No elevator - Barely working refrigerator in the room - Not particularly well-soundproofed rooms - The TV mounted to the wall hangs too high for a comfortable watching - Limited television package Best choice in Uniejów for SPA and visiting Termy Uniejów

I have been in many hotels, this one is one of its kind, nice tidy and service is top notch, strongly recommended

Room was great, clean and comfortable. Had some maintenance problems in the bathroom, was quickly fixed. Food and beverage service was good but very slow. Dinner was disappointing, 4/10. The food is poor since 2023 (supposed to be best in Uniejów). Must be the new chef? Breakfast was great, standard selection plus great extras. Spa service and quality was 10/10. Reception service was 10/10 (she was amazing over the phone and in person, keep her because she is gold). Room was cold even after running heating for few hours.
