Hotel & Spa Marina d'Adelphia

Excellent, friendly and efficient service by the Team at the Adelphia Hotel. The cuisine was superb and creative in the restaurant, and the waiting staff were friendly and efficient. Room service was excellent. Well done all at the Hotel Adelphia! We visit every summer and will continue to do so.

This hotel is located in a great location with beautiful views at the front of the hotel. I’m not sure how this hotel ever secured a four star rating because it is not close to being four star.. No shampoo in the room, no iron, not as clean as it should be, dingy old blue towels…. The facility seems to be rundown and in need of a lot of maintenance Most four-star hotels are equipped with amenities in the room, and this one was certainly not. Staff was very nice and friendly!

Arrived after a long day's drive to a well presented hotel & a lovely room awaiting us. Our disappointment was with the bar being closed (Saturday night) due to no staff turning up & the restaurant with limited available tables from 20:30 & again not enough serving staff, although table service was excellent as was the dining staff who you could see were under pressure. We waited 45 minutes to be served which is awful. The receptionist on duty was not professional in dealing with our complaint re being unable to buy a refreshment whilst waiting for our table. The hotel should have asked us to make a dining reservation, in advance. Disappointed indeed & no way to treat your customers.
