Nice rooms breakfast was excellent and friendly staff. Lovely setting and a quite ambiance
For a 4 star hotel it is in need of maintenance. The Duplex room we stayed in had not been cleaned very well. Really dusty railings, floor gritty. We had a meal in the restaurant my husband went a la carte the lamb chops dry and inedible. Also the waitress very abrupt.
It’s supposed to be a four star hotel, but I would say it’s more a three. Not the best location, so it’s expensive for what you get. We ordered a menu for dinner. The starter was respectable, but when we came to the main course it got horrible. I ordered a simple burger, and got a burger with raw meat and no burger bun. I asked the waitress for a bread, and she came out with a bread that wasn’t even finished. It was hard like a shell on the outside, hollow and just doughy in the middle. I complained to the waitress and she said it was supposed to be like that. Both the burger and the bread. On the bright side the dessert was really good, and not dry at all. I ordered a chocolate cake. Nice rooms, with big clean beds. Good bathroom and nice with air conditioning. But the bad service here, disgusting burger and lack of English makes it hard to communicate, irritating and pulls the whole hotel down.
