This hotel is a slice of paradise. The hotel is situated directly on Cambury beach, personally the most beautiful in all of SP state. Unlike other towns, filled with commercialism and restaurants, this beach is peaceful and residential, not too busy even on sunny days. The hotels front facing rooms and stunning outdoor area have an incredible view of the sea. The hotel staff are very warm, welcoming and attentive, considering every small need of guests. The spa is out of this world, the massage treatments are extremely well skilled and relaxing. I tried almost everything on the spa menu and was thoroughly impressed in the consistency and care given in the service. I particularly recommend the deep tissue and hot stones massages. There were a couple of small mishaps around food hygiene and service but the hotel dealt with these very responsively.

The hotel is very nice in general, the service was outstanding (very kind personnel), the hotel room was ok, but nothing fancy. It is super expensive compared to the value obtained. For the same price you could get an all inclusive resort in the Caribbean. I was actually expecting much more for what I paid.
