Hotel Spa Relais & Chateaux A Quinta da Auga

Amazing hotel. So very comfortable and relaxing. The hotel has a wonderful eclectic ambiance with nic nacs in the reception, salon and corridors from ornaments, art, clothing etc and most for sale. The gardens were so beautiful, full of flowers and the sounds of water from a myriad fountains and a stream. The rooms were very stylish and extremely comfortable. The spa was wonderful with probably the best massage we have experienced. There was also a floatarium with Dead Sea salts that was very relaxing. The hydro therapy pool with accompanying sauna, steam and ice rooms were fantastic. All in all a hotel we would love to revisit.

Nice hotel with friendly staff! Nice breakfast was included. The nice thing is they have a pool, but it felt a little bit off. Just a few beds available and all the other guests need to sit on chairs.

The service is great, warm and welcoming for all guests. The place is really chateau style and not very modern. Rooms are comfortable and you can bring your dog 🐕 (at additional costs). The ‘Spa’ is outdated and too expensive (including the treatments) and should be limited to a maximum of 6 people, showers not working properly anymore. The restaurant serves good food, at hotel prices. Chairs at the table are comfortable but need replacement. The location is perfect, quite and just outside the city. Taxi is 10 Euro to the city centre.
