Hotel & Spa Tino Sveti Stefan

Very friendly staff and people in the area. Sevice is excellent. Very relaxed place. If you want to escape a busy life and chill and go swimming in the lake or just spend your day at the pool with a nice range of cocktails, look no further! There's a Spa too. Great range of trips from hotel are available. A quick taxi trip if you would like to visit the spectacular Ohrid Town too!

I wasn't a guest at this hotel, but I had the chance to visit the spa and restaurant as a walk-in, paying separately. The pool has a great view, with clean, warm water — very relaxing. The bathrooms and lockers could use some modern upgrades, but they’re perfectly functional. The restaurant was excellent, with a beautiful view, a complimentary appetizer, delicious food, and generous portions. Overall, a very good experience!

Breakfast and dinner are included and the dinner buffet was the worst food I’ve had. It resembled hospital food, cheapest meat possible, cold dishes and the free water they gave us had bits of food floating in it. We never ate dinner again and when we asked if we can get anything else in lieu of the dinner voucher, the answer was no ( not even a bottle of water). Morning of checkout we found a mouse or rat in our bedroom. Huge hole under the sink infested with rat poop. Refused to refund us and instead, offered us 2 free nights (hahahahahah). Mold in bathroom and dust everywhere. Absolute disgrace, do not stay here.
