Hotel & Spa Vacances Bleues Le Splendid

Glorious hotel. Enormous rooms. Very comfortable beds. A level of luxury that leaves the low end like ibis far behind except on price. Yeah, it's about the same price as an Ibis. Lol.

One of my favourite hotels. The rooms always perfectly clean, beds are very comfortable, the staff is lovely and helpful and the hot pools at the spa are magnificent. I have been twice and will definitely go back.

This so called 4 star hotel service means no heater in the room, no car park, no spa included with the price of the room. The rooms are kind of clean, but the balcony pretty dirty... So you're just in a cold, big room where the standard says : we can't do anything, you can just try to complain. Sorry but it makes me regret not to have book a cheap Airbnb and go to the spa as a visitor. There is almost no price difference for the spa when you are a guest!
