Hotel Spiwak Chipichape Cali

Great hotel. Great service. Breakfast was awesome. The only thing I didn't like was the chirping of some wierd creature every single day at dusk, outside the rooms on 3rd floor. They have some vegetation/garden there that nurtures these annoying cricket like creatures and I had to leave the TV on all night to drown the noise. Ask for a room with great view when checking in otherwise they will put you in the back with a view of grass. The security was great. The staff was friendly.

Excellent customer service. Top notch amenities. Beautiful facility. Breakfast was amazing. Wonderful artwork everywhere. 24/7 armed security. Direct access to Chipichape mall. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

This was my first time at this hotel Spiwak , . This time I decided to be here at the Spiwak. 1- the hot water in the shower takes too long to be warm , if you like hot showers this hotel is the wrong one to choose it . 2- At 5 pm request to sent housekeeper to clean the room after waiting all day to had a clean room. 3- at 10 pm notice the bed was made only with sheets and no covers , no blankets . 4- at the time to register was only one key handle ,” the hotel was out of it” 5-the room was hot and not prepared for us , according to the staff they keep all off to save energy. No covers only Linens , when called to request blankets or under cover the person said the storage room was locked and they was out of covers . The customer service is just bad . This system will not allowing me to post pics .
