Title: A Wonderful Stay – Exceeded All Expectations! We recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were immediately impressed by the cleanliness and style of the property. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was perfect for a good night’s sleep, and we loved the modern amenities provided. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, and we really appreciated the little touches that made our stay special. Especially thank you Miriam and Alfredo for assisting us. This awesome concierge Richardo for giving us well detailed information and for making our last minute booking possible. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so enjoyable!

Great hotel , very quick walk to Lugano central area . Nice views of the lake. Well kept rooms. Very good breakfast. Nice gym, spa. Nice pool- half indoor half outdoor sort of. Great place to relax. There is a small part of the lake that you can swim in a two min walk away, so that’s good. And good restaurant. All employees were nice. Calm vibe and not busy at all.

My family, including our 14 month old grandson recently stayed at this wonderful five star hotel. It was a sensational experience with staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. My son and daughter were especially pleased with all the amenities for their toddler- portable bath tub, crib, baby blanket, bottle warmer. My husband and I were so grateful to Riccardo, the concierge for all his attention to our transfers. Our room in the upgraded wing was luxurious with motion sensor night lights leading to the bathroom. Our family highly recommends this top notch hotel in the lovely town of Lugano, Switzerland.
