Went here for the 90 min SPA experience. It was overall a nice a relaxing experience. The lady at the reception explained everything nicely and didn't have to wait for her. However, the locker rooms and other areas around the spa are under cnstruction so I had to get change in a small toilet, next to the restaurant. I want to add the restaurant was empty so i cound leave the door open to use the whole space of the restroom and not only the enclosed toilet. The lady at the reception had informed me of the locker-room issue, but i suggest adding a notice message on the confimatin email (I booked trough the webpage) or the webpage. I had an issue with the lockers and the lady at the reception solved it fast. The spa area has a jacuzzi outside in a very nice garde (there were some leaves in it). The pool inside was deep enough for me (Im 1.65 m). Some lounge chairs to chill inside and outside. A good experience for an affordable price to get out of your rutine once in a while
The management and staff have been quick to respond to inquires and courteous. The hotel is being renovated now and from what I have seen it will be a very nice place when completed. Between the renovation and covid restrictions most of the facilities outside of the room are not available; bar, restaurant, spa, etc. and the reason for the 3 stars. The rooms have been renovated to a modern look and are nice, and depending on the completed renovation and services available I could easily see this hotel ratings 4 or 5 then.
Could easily have been a 5 star review! Nice room, good food and great spa area, however the service is not very good. Seems like an inexperienced staff. Nothing in the hotel is in English and non of the employees went out of their path to be helpful. We had to explore and find out most on our own. The restaurant menu is mostly “meat/fish/soup of the day” but the staff did not present the dailies and no blackboard. We came on the warmest day of the year and aircon/climate control did not work. Staff were not helpful. Water suddenly disappeared one morning without warming to explanation.
