Very very old and not inviting hotel. This is NOT !!! a 5 star hotel. Room carpet with black stains, holes in the wall, we asked for 3 days to clean our room and they didn't, Air Conditioning didn't work in one of our rooms and they fixed it only after half a day. Breakfast is very limited and the hot water to make coffee weren't hot. swimming pool doesn't have any buying option for a drink or anything to eat.
The hotel is clearly very old and poorly maintained. The room was dusty and cleanliness was lacking. The front desk staff during checkout was completely indifferent. I do not recommend this place at all.
Extremely rude staff, bad service, we called the receptionist and went and talked to him and still did not fix the issue. We had dirty blankets upon arrival, they were stained with red yellow stains, and they did not replace them.
