An exceptional stay in an elegant setting in the heart of Paris. The staff is attentive, always smiling and professional. The breakfast is of outstanding quality. Warm thanks to Larry, who brightened our mornings with his cheerful attitude. An experience worthy of the finest hotels. We will gladly come back.
We booked a suite and they gave us a smaller room. They said they don’t have anything bigger even though they did and we had to wait for an hour. Then they finally showed us the bigger and asked for more money even though that’s what we paid for. When we finally got there it was so filthy there was used glass in the fridge, someone clearly uses this room and that’s why they didn’t want to give it. The lady at front was nice but the old guy in the evening was rude and wouldn’t provide service without complaining. He couldn’t even walk and get us stuff, it took him 20 minutes to get us an ice bucket on the first day. On the second day he didn’t listen completely and got us a few things and then complained when we reminded him that he missed something. No room service and short staffed. We’ve been travelling through Europe and this is the worst hotel we’ve come across. Should not be a 5 star at all. Authorities must review their star level because it’s misleading the customers.
we had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. After the hotel staff cleaned our room, we discovered that 2500 euros in cash was missing. When we contacted the hotel administration and the owner himself, they refused to help us find the missing money, saying that we were making it up and they did not believe us. After which we had to contact the police and the embassy of our country in Paris, asking for help in finding the money. We are waiting for further actions from the authorities and recommend not staying at this hotel. It feels like the management was in collusion with its staff and is covering for them.
