The breakfast is definitely the best part of this hotel, it’s fantastic! It’s not enormous but every single thing I tried was good. The location is really practical as you have at least three metro stations within a 400-meter radius. The staff is very nice and makes you feel comfortable and welcome. They’re always happy to help. The rooms are amazing, really comfortable and spacious.
I was lucky enough to find this hotel by searching the location I wanted-- at the price point I wanted. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I speak no French and they made me feel comfortable and welcome. I scheduled a massage and facial while there. It was divine. Not a luxury spa, that's true, but once you are getting your reasonably priced, but expertly delivered massage and facial, you will forget that it isn't your typical spa. If i could only bring Morgan to the U.S.! It was the most relaxing two hours of my life! (Probably not exaggerating.) And the price made it feel even better:) The hotel is in a great location. It’s not the most charming street but it’s safe, clean, located centrally and not loud. It’s very, very good— an 8 out of 10. And that darling pup in my photo lives nearby!! I would definitely return. My room was wonderful and very large. I had champagne and macaroons waiting for me! The view was spectacular off my balcony.
Excellent location. Otherwise a disappointment. They market themselves as 4 stars and it really, really isn’t. Super basic rooms, mismatched lightbulbs, thin walls and your entire room shakes every time someone closes a door in the hall, terribly designed bathrooms and water gets all over the floors when you shower. The pre check-in survey asks if you’re here for a special reason (yes - our anniversary) but nothing special was done so not sure why they asked, aside from a welcome note in the room which had the wrong name on it anyway. Mistakes made every morning at breakfast with our coffee orders. Really basic breakfast included but they charge like €5 extra for a simple omelette. Wouldn’t stay again.
