Hotel Stadt Freiburg

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I booked a one-bedroom suite, which was exceptionally clean and well-organized, reflecting a high standard of care and attention to detail. The hotel’s location is excellent and provides easy access to key attractions and facilities. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Mr. Reda for his professionalism and courteous attitude, as well as to the lady at the café in the reception area for her kindness and warm hospitality. A truly refined experience that I highly recommend — and I certainly look forward to returning in the future.

Just checked out of the hotel after 1 night. Honestly I feel like ripped off. First the room: it is good enough for the 1 night but rather small. But the problem was the bathroom. Smell from the sewage and the shower didn’t have any pressure on it. Called the front desk - maintenance is gone but tomorrow you should get a discount when checking out and he put a note down. Then next morning, still same issue. My wife decided that this way it is impossible to shower. At checkout the lady was surprised didn’t know of anything and obviously no discount and another note on the broken shower. We had booked breakfast for 25€ extra per person and went there. To be honest, this is absolutely overpriced for what you get. Barely any fresh fruit nor other stuff you expect for 25€ somewhere. So seriously disappointing. We paid 225€ in total (another 15€ for parking 1 night) for a bed and breakfast with a sad breakfast and a broken shower.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The male staff was so rude and I was so shocked by their forceful attitude towards the lady. However, I didn't come to see the counter staff, but to stay for one night, so I just let this inconvenience go and headed to my room. But the most important thing was the room condition...Here's what it was like... The curtains were stained and black, the shower booth was full of water stains and mold, the yellow toilet made me wonder where the previous guests had peed and pooped... The hairs left all over the bathroom let me know that the previous guest was a woman... I absolutely do not recommend this place.😖😖😖
