The staff named Ismail is so good. He is friendly and helpful. We just go around to find something to eat. He showed he'd loved to take photos with us and introduced about the restaurant. It is exciting! Then we enjoy the food there. Food is good with nice decoration. We will come back in the near future.
Hotel was near the airport and the beach, BUT. Room was small, but clean. But windows are not so good and you can hear everything from outside! Meal services are really SUPER LIMITED! We have booked all inclusive, which mean lunch (we were not able to use it due our late arrival), dinner (option from few meals and ONE drink from menu) and breakfast which is super limited. Really do not know how the hotel can has 4 stars.
Super small room, no amenities provided inside the room, anything you need to ask and takes forever. Power went out twice because its an old building renovated they didn’t upgrade the power system. The hot water shower only can last 5 mins because the water tank its only 10L. Only 2 bath towels provided and yellow stain on it even though asked for new one. None of the room provides any face tissue. It was super noisy like you sleep on the street. The windows are zero sound proof. The truck and motorcycle were so loud until 4am and it starts again at 7am. Worst one i ever stayed and its not cheap
