Best experience in this hotel all things are well maintained room are clean all staff are professional and skilled all persons behave is good best hotel for family in chhatarpur.

Our experience was very bad. When we booked the hotel, the hotel manager told us that breakfast is also included in our booking and In the morning when we went for breakfast the receptionist refused to serve us breakfast and said that breakfast is not included in the booking.But when we discussed this with the manager, he said , you should have breakfast. The hotel manager is telling the receptionist that if their breakfast was included then why was they refused? Ultimately there is no coordination between these people **Totally bad experience.. Even things of basic need were not available inside the room.

Absolutely pathetic experience. Would give 0 stars if I could. Had to change my room 5 times — yes, FIVE — because of cockroaches, electricity tripping, and no water in the bathroom. Rooms are smelly, unhygienic, and feel like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. The staff is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. To top it all, I was harassed for payment at MIDNIGHT, while I was trying to sleep — instead of waiting till morning like any decent hotel would. When I said, “Take it in the morning,” they had the audacity to say, “Then you may check out now.” Avoid this place at all costs. There are better options even if you’re on a budget. Worst hospitality ever.
