Great hotel with great staff and great location. The hotel is literally 50’ from the Gondola. Our room 103, was excellent. Very roomy and a balcony view up the slope. Breakfast was very good and the coffee machines were superb. The best amenity would have to be the Spa area with two saunas, two steam rooms, and an infrared sauna. Cold plunge, good showers and a VERY comfortable relaxing area. If you want Apres, the location is right around the corner from some of the best in Soelden. We were here for the Electronic Mountain Festival and could not have picked a better place stay. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel at a great location to go up the mountains for skiing. Overall good experience, but the parking instructions given to us by the hotel weren't clear enough which left us with expensive parking tickets to pay months after our trip. Ultimately this is our own mistake, but a bigger warning would've been appreciated.

I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights and spent 1000 EUR just to be treated like persona non grata. I stayed over Easter for a skiing holiday for 6 nights. The single room was non-renovated, had over and had an outworn mattress. lack of amenities is below the hotel's 4-star rating ( no shampoo provided etc.) the wellness area is amazing, but again the hotel cheapskates by having open only for 4 hours a day. The conflict came when I wanted a friend to stay over in my room on a couch for a single night. I got looked like crazy by the front desk, only to be informed that a manager said it's okay and they would charge me 100 eur which is just 50 euros less than a second single room. other Austrian hotels charge 30 eur fee for such service, not 100 I was told I can't talk to the manager directly. I agreed because of the lack of other options. The manager lady then proceeded to ignore me and give me weird looks over the next 3 days instead of checking in with me. I asked for a call to discuss after my stay and was not contacted. they don't care.
