Oldest hotel in Vienna. A beautiful place w lots of history to see. Dinner was wonderful! The breakfast buffet had lots of good choices. The room was comfortable. The front desk people were very helpful with information about the city. We would go back!
Very accommodating staff. From the day of booking they instructed me how to get to their hotel from Vienna airport using different means like the CAT and S7 train. And they also taught me how to get to VIC using U1 subway train. They are highly recommended plus they have a large variety of breakfast. Plus the best thing is, THEY LET ME BOOKED A ROOM EVEN I DON'T HAVE A CREDIT CARD! You made me love Vienna even more!
Centrally located In the city center Service is good. Rooms are small but renovated. Have most amenities. Air-conditioning is fine. Breakfast was so so. I give this hotel 4 stars Mostly because of location. August 3rd 2025
