Hotel Steffani

Stayed for one night, lovely hotel with an old school flair. Our room was nice and spacious, everything clean. The wellness is lovely and really nice after a busy day. Breakfast is basic but has everything you want and the staff is friendly and attentive. My only gripes and they are small are: We sleep with open windows and although our room had an amazing view, it was quite loud. I guess we were above the wellness and with the window open it was like having a vacuum cleaner running during the night. With the closed windows, you can't hear a thing. The cute small bar by the reception is a smoking bar. I get that it's tradition and I guess that is also charming but the smell inside was very strong for me. Again, these are small details. I would not hesitate to recommend this place or to return.

Was an awful experience at the hotel , from the reception team who’s unwelcoming you and speaking to the guest behind the wall not bothering them self and come in front of the desk !!! And making fun between each other and speaking their own language, so we checked in the safety box was not working and I asked the maintenance team to come and check ( from the first minute we entered the room ) then the TV not working something wrong with the wires , also bathroom cleaning wasn’t perfect as a 4 stars hotels , make sure you spend your money on the right place with a professional welcoming team !!! In the end when we asked for the duty manager to look after all the above , they said she’s not here till Monday !! The was Friday ! Francisca / Lorenzo needs better hotel management training !!

What happened to Swiss hospitality??? Horrible Servise in the dinner and breakfast at this hotel !! The simplest request like honey with my coffee or ordering took so long we had to leave hungry , very rude restaurant manager ANSO or EZIO made a stay terrible, we ate a Roos the road even though our food was included
