Great location, right near the tram and bus station. If you are in a mood to walk, the Zurich Hbf is an easy 2.5 km walk. The rooms are really nice and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and very good. The hotel has been recently renovated, and it looks great. Definitely recommend this for a stay in Zurich
Pleasantly surprised! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and newly renovated. It wasn't that big, but I wasn't expecting this at that price (which is good for Zürich). The location is ideal - not too close to the centre to be noisy - yet close enough that it can easily be reached by tram or foot (if you are used to walking). Would definitely stay here again.
I think that the room service was excellent. We also appreciate all the water bottles that were brought every day to our room. The hotel was conveniently located to tram stops and COOP store, though not too close to the city center.
