Hotel Strandhörn

Very nice hotel close to the beach. Friendly stuff, nice porch and good meals. A perfect hotel to spend vacations.

I loved everything about it! I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Sylt. We had a suite, with a nice lounge and decent sized bathroom. The room wasn't that big, but totally fine. The location is perfect!!! Due to Covid the restaurant wasn't open in the evenings, which was only an issue the one night we wanted to stay in. They did have some light meals to order from the bar and there are a couple of great restaurants just down the road, so not a big deal, but something to keep in mind if visiting during Covid.

Service is incredibly bad and ruined our vacation, From raising her voice, to cursing in a foreign language, to walking away from a conversation. We politely asked for a manager, however their was no manager, we asked for the contact details of her Boss. however she didn't want to give it. If I was hotel Strandhorn I would highly advise to retrain and hire new staff as with such attitude more people will walk away. I would recommend others to not dine ever at this hotel.
