Located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, this hotel made it easy to explore the entire city. It's spacious, modern, stylish, and very clean. Our apartment included a double bed with a very comfortable sofa for our daughter. The staff was incredibly kind and professional. We used the rooftop pool, which offers stunning views of the city, but it fills up easily. We didn't get a chance to try the on-site restaurant, but there are plenty of others nearby. The only downside for us was the overly strong air conditioning. Although it's indeed hot outside, we felt the air conditioning was too powerful for us. Other than that, the hotel is worthy of its stars.
Stayed 5 nights. Very modern and clean rooms. Very good breakfast served from 6.30 to 10.30. roof top bar and pool very relaxed. Complimentary cocktails and nibbles for 1 hour from 5-7 in pool bar. All staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel, a short walk from downtown. Hotel is located in business area with lots of restaurants close by.
A disappointing experience for what is marketed as a 5-star hotel. While the room cleaning staff was excellent and very friendly, and there were enough personnel and security in the lobby, the overall experience did not meet our expectations. The gym was poorly equipped with only 3 treadmills (2 out of order) and a very limited selection of weights (max 16 kg). There was no spa, and the restaurant service was clearly understaffed — both at breakfast and dinner. At the grill dinner, we were told to help ourselves to bread and hummus outside, but when it ran out, it wasn’t refilled for 20 minutes. The same happened at breakfast, with empty trays left for too long, especially on the first day. The grill dinner itself was okay but nothing special. Another downside was the view — at least half of the rooms look directly into a brick wall, which is disappointing for a hotel in this price range. If this had been advertised as a 4-star hotel, it might have met expectations, but for a 5-star property, it falls short. For these reasons, I can only give 2 stars.
