Friendly staff and ok rooms. It's overpriced compared to others with the same or better standard. Interestingly, the use a toilet door from a train - but it can't be locked and it's a gap between the wall and opening. They have a small fridge, tow packages of instant coffee, three tea bags - everything extra costs. The location is rather nice for 1-2 nights, but not optimal for a longer stay. Would, unfortunately, not recommended the hotel. Up to 3/5
Hotel charged me a fee for storing luggage when I arrived before the room was ready. That and unfriendly reception staff quite destroyed the impression from the stay. The room was decent and the breakfast buffet was very good.
I unfortunately stayed here during a conference and it was terrible. I don't usually bother writing these reviews, but save your self the terrible experience of ever staying here! When I arrived, the very rude man at the desk insisted on charging me 40 Euro to check in a few hours early, even though I was staying for 6 nights after a long international travel. He put me in a disgusting room that smelled of cigarettes, despite the non-smoking sign on the door. I eventually moved rooms after asking a nicer woman at the desk to help me later that day. The new room on the 7th floor was a little better, but the hotel is overall very unpleasant and overpriced. The bed and the pillows were unacceptably worn out. Housekeeping doesn't do anything other than take rubbiish out and they do not restock the coffee or tea. Very stingy, and they will unfortunately lose future business given how unwelcoming the hotel is to their guests. Also, the room keys need reprogramming every day, so you have to wait at the desk to have them fix the de-magnitized card every single time you want to enter your room. Breakfast was sub-par and overall, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in!
