We had a large, new and very clean room with an amazingly good bed for two nights. What you should not forget: The hotel is a CITY hotel, i.e. you cannot expect an appealing view from the window. However, it is quietly located in a residential area and we were lucky enough to be able to park our vehicles in the private underground garage. This meant we didn't have to search for a parking space, which is certainly not easy. The hotel is well connected, you can easily reach both the main train station and the metro by foot. What I would particularly like to emphasize was the exceptional friendliness and professionalism of the staff. We had a problem-free check-in even though we arrived separately, we were given all the information we needed for an effortless transfer into the city and were also given one or two good tips for evening activities. Many thanks for this, we felt very welcome as guests and can highly recommend the hotel.
Clean, modern and fresh rooms. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The amenities in the rooms were great, and the grocery store right outside perfect for picking up breakfast. Will return for sure!
How do you have a 4 rate star and there os no security ? Good room,good place,worth its 4 star rate clean felt new ,everything was perfect until we forgot our room key inside the room but returned late at night calling(no one is answering) reciption closed (someone living nearbye tried to help us but they refused to come and give us spare keys from the capnet in reciption) we felt lost we had a flight early morning and our staff and bags in the room! Atleast answering the calls and comforting your costumers would help,felt disappointed and overwhelmed hopping someone would answer bag. I really hope you work on the reciption and offer 24 hrs calling and service,really were stressful and noone is answering the emails
