Hotel Suba International Sahar Road Mumbai

I recently stayed at Hotel Suba International, Mumbai for 3 days, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and prompt service. Every staff member greeted me with a smile and treated me with genuine respect and care, making the entire stay feel so welcoming. The rooms were spotless, and the room service was extremely prompt—one of the best I’ve experienced. The reception and security teams were also very professional and helpful throughout. But the biggest highlight has to be the food. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the lunch and dinner options were exceptional—easily some of the best hotel food I’ve ever had. The quality, taste, and presentation were top-notch, and the service at the restaurant was equally impressive. The hotel is also conveniently located just 10 minutes from the airport, which is a big plus. They even have a tie-up with a taxi service for Mumbai sightseeing, which made exploring the city very easy and enjoyable. Overall, it was an amazing stay and totally worth every penny. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Mumbai!

The entire staff was incredibly courteous, attentive, and professional—always going the extra mile to ensure comfort. The hospitality was top-notch. The food was delicious, and what stood out was how they catered to individual tastes. They were more than happy to accommodate special food requests, which made the experience feel both personal and professional. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to unwind after long workshop sessions. Front desk is rude,under the name of hotel policy they just want to suck your money.I had gone there to pick up my kids from the airport at 3am, the hotel said no guest are allowed.I told them I hv booked u specially so that my kids can get freshened up for just 2 hours and they said I have to pay 1500/ each kid. So basically above 6500 I shld be paying 3000 for my kids to get freshen up in their hotel for just 2 hrs as we wanted to had back Pune early morning.Fazian was the front desk persons name, no apologize for what they cannot offer. So bad behaviour. I was very amazed and I told them, I am not going to book with u guys, but they didnt care.I will never go there again.
