Absolutely loved our stay! This hotel really stands out thanks to its attention to detail and guest comfort. A few highlights that made a big difference: • Great customer service. The front desk welcomed us with delicious sweets and helped with all arrangements. • Impressive variety of TV channels in multiple languages — perfect for relaxing in the evening, no matter where you’re from. • Comfy slippers provided in-room — a small touch that made it feel truly like home. • Indoor pool was clean, warm, and well-maintained — ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. • Breakfast was phenomenal — fresh, beautifully presented, and with an amazing selection to suit all tastes. • A detail I especially appreciated: the blanket cover that fully encloses the blanket — no awkward two-sheet setup here. It made the bed feel both more hygienic and more comfortable. • Cleanliness was top-notch — spotless room, fresh-smelling linens, and perfectly maintained common areas. I’m including a short video in this review to show just how clean and well-prepared the room was when we arrived — even the smallest corners were immaculate. The hotel is very nice and in an excellent location on the European side. The hotel staff is very professional, kind and cultured. I felt like "home alone" (film-when he stayed at the Ritz Hotel in New York) very protected and safe in the hotel. Every second they were there for us whatever we needed.They organized safe transportation from and to the airport in a luxury van at our request, of course with an extra charge.They took care of our suitcases when we arrived and when we left. We had an iron and a washing board in our room. And an excellent hair dryer that dries my hair very well and quickly, and mine is very long and thick.Coffee machine and refrigerator are in the room. Every day we had 2 fresh cups for coffee and water, the coffee was free and we drank more water than we were charged for. Really great experience in this hotel.

Staff was incredibly friendly!! Room was clean and very spacious! Rooftop food and drinks really delicious!! Location can’t be better. Next to all the fun shops and important sites. Will come back for sure. Don’t miss traditional Turkish Bath and Massage! Susy was the best!!
