Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for 4 nights soon after opening and we were very impressed. The hotel is lovely, clean and quite modern. The staff were very helpful with any questions we had, provided a wake up service for our early morning flight. We did not eat or drink at the hotel as we went to the nearby towns etc so can’t comment on this. The pool area is lovely and very clean. Very easy to get the bus into Salou centre. Would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is clean and really elegant. It has good vibes, the personal is good and the food is amazing! Personal applause for the cooks and the chef. I liked very much the food and it's purity and quality.
I don’t usually write hotel reviews but I feel like i need to for this one. The overall hotel aesthetic was lovely , very clean and the food was good. The customer service was the biggest downfall. I went to reception several times with different complaints and every time I was given solutions rather than someone coming up to the room to help fix the problems. The TV , aircon and the Telephone didn’t work , with this being a new hotel I didn’t understand why nothing was working ? I also couldn’t believe that whatever you buy with it being a bottle of water or an ice lolly you get a 10% service charge on top of the bill. The whole of the holiday I was paying service charge every time I wanted a drink , snack etc. i felt too uncomfortable to ask for them to remove it. I think it’s completely wrong. Another thing which really annoyed me was no entertainment was being offered , this was stated when I booked. They offered entertainment at the sister hotel but it was full of kids and I booked to stay at an adults only hotel. I just personally think this hotel opened its doors too soon , nothing was properly in place
