Friendly and professional staff. The rooms are neat with excellent room service and immaculate housekeeping. Delicious breakfast. The ginseng coffee is highly recommended. The hotel is outside of the city centre but easily accessible using public transport. The nearby train station provides access to surrounding regions. There is a very popular gelato shop next door to the hotel and a number of authentic Italian restaurants nearby. The hotel has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Left with memories of a wonderful trip.
Shocking experience – avoid this hotel if you value basic respect. I honestly feel sorry for the management of this hotel. Despite the location and rooms being somewhat decent, everything else was a disaster – starting with the front desk staff. When we arrived, we were “welcomed” by a young man who barely spoke any understandable English and acted with an unbelievably aggressive and hostile attitude. His body language was downright confrontational — completely unacceptable for someone in hospitality. He didn’t even bother to guide us to our room. We had to go up and down twice, completely lost, before figuring it out ourselves. If you don’t like hosting guests or simply dislike tourists, no one’s forcing you to work in a hotel. Find another job — one where you don’t have to interact with human beings. To make things worse, the hotel claims parking is available, but they conveniently fail to mention it costs an additional €20 per day. That’s misleading and dishonest. Breakfast? Somehow acceptable, but if the hotel was 3 stars! You see so many empty trays, late refills, and zero attention from staff. For the record, I usually give positive and high-rated reviews to places I visit — I believe in encouraging good service and helping others discover great experiences. But this place? There is absolutely nothing defensible here. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
One of the worst hotels. Tourist kindly be careful. We went out for outing keeping our room cards in the reception centre. They stole our purse that had all the currencies. We asked them about CCTV footage ,they denied. Knowing that we were there for one day , they did such a thing Very rude and non cooperating staff. We have also lodge a police complaint
