Our experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The staff members were incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, providing a perfect environment to relax after a long day. Every detail, from the bedding to the amenities, reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent service. Whether it was room service, housekeeping, or the front desk, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The food was also delicious and freshly prepared, adding an extra touch of delight to our stay. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay. We look forward to coming back again in the future!
Location isn't too bad. Service from front of desk was polite, friendly and caring until we found faults!! Once in our room we found cockroaches in our bathroom, so we had to get the staff in to take care of it. Ants were all over the bedding with Hair and toothpaste marks on bed! We pulled the sheets away from bedding to see mould on mattress and wall. Workers started to look worried and stopped talking as much as they did when we arrived. They then moved us in to another room to which was filthy too! They said to us to go to sizzle sports bar (which is next door) and they will give the room a proper clean!!! We then decided that was enough so we asked for a refund... a woman from the backroom started pointing and shouting at my wife saying we won't get any money back and we need to go through booking.com to get a refund. Thank God we did leave, the hotel was filthy! Pool is not a place to chill and bathe! The poor fish too... the tanks are horrible and you can only just make out they're alive! If you don't trust this review before paying ask to have a look round the hotel before payment
The experience was absolutely terrible. Unfriendly hosts, disgusting food and loads of service / tax fee’s at payment. We’ve waited for almost 2 hours for our food. Once our food arrived, it was frozen meat that we’ve received from them. When we said that the meat was frozen, they just put the whole plate in the oven. Was still absolutely disgusting. This was definetely the worst experience I’ve ever had. No offense towards the staff, they were very friendly. In comparison towards the host / manager, he was extremely offensive and unfriendly. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!!!!!
