Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku

Very friendly and responsive staff. Very comfortable bed. Quick and easy AC in the rooms. Great selection of eastern and western food at breakfast. Staff will even arrange international postage if you leave something behind in your room and need it back. Amazing location near Shinjuku station and great for shopping. And a dedicated airport bus service, easy to book and pickup direct from the hotel. Great stay, definitely recommend.

This is a business hotel. The rooms are small but comfortable. The television in the room functions as a menu. It gives information about the hotel and services it provide. There restaurants within the hotel that were always busy. There is a spa that is fabulous! I had a foot and leg massage that was very helpful after spending days walking around Tokyo. stocked and very clean. There is a table of amenities outside the lobby elevators. This is great for anyone who has forgotten or needs toiletries. This is a great feature for this hotel! The staff was always friendly. The rooms are cleaned every 3 days. The location was also very good.

Location: No doubt the constant reviews on superb location. Close proximity to Shinjuku stations. Walking distance and well connected to keio, lumine, mylord, taka, isetan. So basically accessible to almost all metro/subway. Room: no need say much. Same room layout as most of the past reviews. The hotel offers self-services toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, facial masks, lotions, creams, etc. at the hotel lobby. What will be provided in-room are hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels. Robes will be available on floor lobby. Bed: hard. Pillow thin. Not to my liking but it's ok. Service: very friendly staffs. Already ready to offer assistant.
