We were only here for 1 night and they stuck us on the 5th floor, no elevator. Bed was hard, toilet seat was not attached.
It was struggle asking for the invoice. They gave me a hard time! Asking for my employer's tax ID wth does it have to do with my vacation?I had to threaten to report them if they will not send me the invoice. And they were chatting me in all caps too!
