Hotel Sv. Ludmila

Very nice hotel in a great location. However, it does not deserve 4* , despite very nice service. I understand that there is a pandemic. But two sausages for breakfast + a piece of butter + jam and two rolls to this terrible instant coffee? This is not 4*. The air conditioner condenses on the floor in the hallway. It drips on your head on the way to the bathroom.

This hotel is "holding" 4 stars but it should be in 3star category. I haven't seen 4star hotel which wouldn't give you shower gel , conditioner, body lotion as normal default bathroom equipment. This one has only one push hand soap on the wall of bathroom, nailed so you can't possibly steal it. That is really lame. Staff is very frustrated and speaks bad English. During winter they offer continental breakfast but because of lack of guests they just don't provide it. Instead they offer you some limited variety of breakfast stuff. As for property look it looks nice. As for services .... Better to get something more convenient.

Dirty rooms, poor breakfast, little to none information about facilities, charged for 1h spa usage without being informed upfront. 4 stars? Definitely not. More like 2 at most. Shame because the hotel looks cool and it's in a nice location.
