Group of 7, at the beginning of the sezon. The Palace Hotel is nice and clean, with excellent food, and a lot of beverages for all-inclusive options. However, the management of the resort decided that only a bottle of 330ml per day of person is enough, a fact that forced us to buy bottle water from a nearby Lidl, în order to have over the night in the rooms.
The hotel has an excellent location, good food, friendly staff, but the beach is unsupervised. On the weekend, Bulgarian families from outside the hotel come to the beach for free and steal the beach towels, which you have to pay for 25 leva, even if they are very worn and discolored. When your towel is stolen from the beach, due to the indifference of the hotel staff, it is no longer kind and polite.
The hotel is very OLD and out dated! the staff is disrespectful and VERY rude, the rooms are very rusty and dirty ans also smell horrible,ans un confortable beds, also very small and tight rooms. No activity’s At all. The staff is also unprofessional and horrible, Their food is not very pleasing. Horrible internet doesn’t even reach to the rooms. Not recommend
